In person and Online Talk Therapy
Talk therapy sessions with a Mind Medicine clinician are available both at the clinic and online, providing dedicated time with an insightful and empathetic therapist. These sessions don’t simply “accept” what makes you different—they affirm your unique identity. An affirming therapeutic relationship creates a safe space for you to explore how your current challenges may be influenced by past experiences.
Each session lasts approximately 50 minutes, offering one-on-one time with your therapist to share your emotional experiences and examine the systems and circumstances shaping your world. Over time, talk therapy helps you navigate these systems with greater ease and heightened self-awareness.

Psychiatric evaluation and med management
The process of med management is a collaboration between you and Rebeccah. It begins with you sharing the story of your mental health journey. Through that process of sharing Rebeccah not only gets to know about you, she also gains an understanding of the psychiatric symptoms you find most troublesome. Once those symptoms are named, you are presented with options for potential medications that may help you find relief. You then decide what is best for you and try it. At your next appointment you update Rebeccah on your symptoms and dosage is adjusted or medications are changed until you get the results you need. Once you hit your stride and are feeling better on the right medications, appointments become further apart.
Medication can be a pivotal component of managing uncomfortable and sometimes intolerable psychiatric symptoms but they really shine when taken in combination with talk therapy.
